How do weekly subscriptions work?

It's simple: choose your plan, and we'll swing by the same day each week to collect your laundry. We wash, dry, and fold everything, returning it fresh to your door within 24 hours.

What's included in my plan?

Your subscription covers your chosen number of bags per week, premium detergents, expert folding, and round-trip delivery. No hidden service fees—just laundry done right.

When is my pickup and delivery?

We operate on a set weekly schedule based on your North Phoenix neighborhood. You'll receive a text reminder the evening before your scheduled pickup so you never miss a beat. 

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly using your preferred payment method. It's a flat rate that makes budgeting easy for busy households and professionals.

Can I pause or cancel?

Absolutely. We offer total flexibility. You can pause your service for vacations or cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard. 

 

Because your subscription reserves a weekly pickup spot on our schedule, unused pickups do not roll over. 

 

If you’ll be away, just let us know ahead of time and we’re happy to skip that week and resume your regular service the following pickup. For longer breaks, subscriptions can be paused before your next billing cycle.

Can I change my bag count?

Yes! If your laundry needs grow or shrink, you can easily adjust your bag count or frequency for the next billing cycle. We're here to grow with you. Please note, the special subscription pricing is for a minimum of 2 bags.
