We provide service for a variety of commercial clients that include Airbnb hosts, short-term rentals, fitness studios, spas, salons, and massage studios as well as any small business with recurring linen needs.
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. For high-volume short-term rentals, we can offer expedited or same-day processing to ensure your property is guest-ready without delay.

Commercial accounts benefit from easy payment options based with prices based on your unique volume and pickup frequency.
Most businesses are billed using one of two simple structures:
• Per-Bag Pricing — ideal for short-term rentals and mixed linens
• Per-Item Pricing — ideal for towels and uniform linen accounts (salons, spas, gyms)
For mixed-linen accounts (such as Airbnb and short-term rentals), items are collected in standard laundry bags and may include a mixture of: towels, sheet sets, table linens and small blankets.
These accounts are billed per bag based on our standard capacity.
Towel-only accounts (such as salons and gyms) are billed per item for consistent, transparent pricing.
Can I customize my instructions?
Is there a volume minimum?
Absolutely. We can separate linens from staff personal items, use specific unscented detergents, or follow unique folding and bundling requirements for your brand.
Yes, all commercial accounts are subject to a $75 weekly minimum. This ensures we can provide the reliable, priority service that Phoenix businesses depend on.
